“My name is Diamond Hardy. I was born and raised in Chicago and have over 7 years of experience in healthcare. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, giving back to my community, and supporting people who need stability and a safe place to rebuild their lives.”
Our program is dedicated to providing safe, supportive, and affordable housing for individuals who are working toward independence and stability.
We support adults who may have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, or crisis situations. In our shared living environment, residents regain stability, rebuild their independence, and work toward their long-term goals.
We provide affordable housing with the right balance of structure and freedom — maintaining a safe, substance-free community while respecting residents’ autonomy and privacy.
